Notice is given that We, Shamal Overseas Shoreditch Limited applied to HACKNEY COUNCIL for a promises licence at Hart Shoreditch Hotel Restaurant and Lounge, 61-67 Great Eastern Street, Hackney, London EC2A 3HU

In order that the following licensable activities can take place:

1. Permit the sale and supply of alcohol, performance of plays, the showing of films, the performance or live and recorded music, the performance of dance or anything similar on Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 02:00.

2. Permit the provision of late-night refreshment on Monday to Sunday from 23:00 until 23:30.

3. Permit the premises to be open on Monday to Sunday from 08:00 until 02:00.

4. Permit the use of licensable activities for residents without limit.

Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
