LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that we, Wan Thai LTD have applied on 30/11/2023 to Trafford Council (The Licensing Authority), For a new premises licence in respect of the premises known at Wan Thai Street Food, 126 Northenden Road, Sale, M33 3HD. Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to authorise: The Retail Sale of Alcohol: Monday - Sunday 11:00 to 23:00. Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing, Regulatory Services, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall Talbot Road, Stratford, Manchester M32 0TH within 21 days of the application being made to the licensing Authority. A representation may also be made to the licensing Authority at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
