Application for a Premises Licence (Section 17)
Notice is hereby given that Miss Hayley Simmonds has applied to North Northamptonshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Tattoo Inc, 13 Montagu Street, Kettering, NN16 8XG, and intends to carry out the following licensable activities: The provision of regulated entertainment and the sale of alcohol.
The licence application may be inspected at the Licensing Authority at North Northamptonshire Council, Thrapston Offices, Cedar Drive, Thrapston, NN14 4LZ during normal office hours. Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the Regulatory Services Licensing Administration Team at the above address by 27th December 2023. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
