What is proposed?
Licensing Act 2003: Application for
New Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that BTG Licenceco Limited has
applied in respect of Las Iguanas, Unit 5, Animate, Market
Quarter, Preston for the grant of a new premises licence
under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
The sale of alcohol (on and off sales) and recorded music
every day from 09:00h until 01:00h the following morning.
To permit thirty minutes drinking up time following the last
permitted sale of alcohol. To also permit late night
refreshment every day from 23:00h until 01:00h the
following morning. For the above, on Christmas Eve and
New Year’s Eve until 02:00h the following morning. Please
refer to the application form for a full list of the proposed
operating schedule of conditions. The application can be
viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Preston
City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1
2RL during normal office hours or at www.preston.gov.uk.
Click on Licensing then public register. Any interested party
or responsible authority may make representations to the
Council about the application. Such representations must
be in writing and must be made no later than the end of
3rd January 2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
