NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Rasa Apostol hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Home Foods, 12 Winstanley Way, Basildon, Essex, SS14 3BP.

The proposed licensable activity is: Sale of Alcohol Monday - Saturday 9am to 8pm

Sunday - 9am to 5pm

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below.

A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale.
