Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by PJ Corp Stores Limited in respect of Papa John's, 474 St Albans Road, Watford, WD24 6QU for a new premises licence. The proposed application is to provide late night refreshment as follows: 23:00 to 05:00; the premises to close to the public at 02:00 and will then continue to operate solely as a delivery service until 05:00, 7 days a week. A copy of the application is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Mondays and Fridays 9am to 1pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm to 5pm, and Wednesdays 11am to 5pm, except bank holidays. Requests to view the application may instead be made by contacting the licensing authority by phone or email using the contact details above during working hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
