Notice of application for. a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Burnt Orange Bars Limited in respect of premises known as Burnt Orange located at 42/44 Mount Pleasant, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1RB to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council on 08 December 2023 for a premises licence.The proposed application is: 1. To permit the supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from 09:00 to 01:00 on Mondays to Sundays.
2.The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 01:00 on Mondays to Sundays. 3.To provide licensable activities on specific occasions. Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the licensing authority at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council,Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent,TN1 1RS where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting www.tunbridgewells.gov.uk.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the licensing authority at the above address or to licensing@tunbridgwells.gov.uk no later than 05 January 2024, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty onsummary conviction is unlimited.
