NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

NOTICE is hereby given that The Midcounties Co-operative Limited has made an application to Cotswold District Council on 29 November 2023 under the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for The Co-operative Food, Station Road, Bourton-On-The-Water, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL54 2BQ. The application is to vary die layout of the premises, to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on die premises within a designated area and to add new conditions to the premises licence. Any person who wishes to make a representation about this application should do so in writing to the above address or email no later than 27 December 2023 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises and this carries a level 5 fine on being convicted of such an offence.
