NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

NOTICE is hereby given that The Midcounties Co-operative Limited has made an application to Cotswold District Council on 29 November 2023 under the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for The Co-operative Food, Station Road, Bourton-On-The-Water, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL54 2BQ. The application is to vary die layout of the premises, to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on die premises within a designated area and to add new conditions to the premises licence.
