What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by AB Offlicence Limited to the Licensing Authority of Westminster City Council for a new Premises Licence for Pall Mall Store at 40 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5JQ. 

The application seeks to permit the following: 1. The sale of alcohol (off sales) from 08:00 until 23:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 until 22:30 Sunday. 

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, SW1E 6QP. www.westminster.gov.uk. 

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 3rd January 2024.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
