Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises
Licence for The Hideout Gastro Bar Ltd, 2 Sherbourne
Street, Prestwich, M25 3BB to allow the sale /
supply of alcohol between the following hours:
Monday to Thursday- 11.00 - 23.00
Friday to Saturday - 11:00 - 00.00
Sunday - 12.00 - 23.00
Public Holidays- 12.00 - 23.00
*and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment
to include: - *Music between the following hours:
Monday to Thursday- 11.00 - 23.00
Friday to Saturday - 11:00 - 00.00
Sunday - 12.00 - 23.00
Public Holidays- 12.00 - 23.00
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to
this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit
Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury,
BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must
be received within 28 days from the date of the application.
A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above
offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Monday to Friday.

application for which you may be liable to a fine
of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
