LICENSING ACT 2003 - Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Nala Lounge Limited has applied to BCP Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known Nala Lomge, 135 West Hill Road, Bournemouth BH2 5EG.

The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, regulated entertainment (live and recorded music, performances of dance and films) from 10:00 until 00:00 daily (save for New Year's Eve) and the provision of late right refreshment until 00:30.

Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL (or licensing@bcpcoundl.gov.uk) no later than 28th December 2023.

The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of BCP Council at the above address (or www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk).

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
