NAME OF APPLICANT: SAVERS HEALTH AND BEAUTY UNITED NAME AND ADDRESS OF PREMISES: SAVERS, 16-18 St Marys Way, St Marys Centre, Thornbury BS35 2AD. PROPOSED LICESABLE ACTIVITIES: THE SALE BY RETAIL OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION OFF THE PREMISES. OPENING HOURS: MONDAY TO SATURDAY 08:30- 19:00, SUNDAY 1010-1710
Any representations must be made in writing by 27th December 2023 to the Licensing Team, South Gloucestershire Council, Department for Environment and Community Services, Licensing Service, PO Box 1954, Bristol, BS37 0DD, licensing@southglos.gov.uk. Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 7PN, and the register may be inspected during normal office hours. It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a False statement knowingly or recklessly in connection with an Application for a Premises Licence. A person guilty ol an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
