LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 7th December 2023 Euro Garages Limited applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Royle Green, 106 Longley Lane Manchester M22 4SY. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or by email to premises.licensing@manchester. gov.uk no later than the 4th January 2024 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Manchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected by appointment only at the above office. For further details email premises.licensing@manchester. gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
