Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
2Faced Dance Company Limited gives notice that application was made to Herefordshire Council on the 3rd December 2023 for the Grant of a Premises Licence at The Centre for Movement, Units, 1, 6 & 7 in the Former Magistrates Court, Gaol Street, HEREFORD HR1 2HU at which the following licensable activities are proposed: Sale of Alcohol, for consumption ON premises and Performances of Dance between 11:00
and 23:00hrs daily.
The full application, giving details about the premises/proposed licensable activities, may be inspected free of charge, at: The Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council, 8 St Owen Street, Hereford. HRI 2PJ between the hours of 09:30 - 13:30 (or by prior appointment) Monday to Friday or https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/info/200I45/business/58/current_licensing_applications.
An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above - Ist January 2024. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
