The Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is given that E14 Lounge Ltd has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

Premises Details: Code, Floors 3-4, 34 Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf, London E14 8RR.

The licensable activities and timings are:

The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises and the provision of regulated entertainment (plays, films, live and recorded music, performance of dance, all indoors) from 12.00hrs to 02.00hrs Monday to Sunday, and the provision of late night refreshment (indoors) from 23.00hrs to 02.00hrs Monday to Sunday.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine).
