NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that l/WE C K AHMAD

OWNER Of CHICK'N HUT BIRKENHEAD have applied to Wirral Borough

Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as:

CHICK'N HUT 373 WOODCHURCH ROAD BIRKENHEAD CH42 8PE.

For the following Licensable Activities:-

A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations.

Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 21/12/2023.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
