Name of applicant: Runners Base Limited at 3b Car park, Brickhill Street, Willen Lake, MK15 0DS. Licensing authority: Milton Keynes City Council, Civic, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ (where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours). Licensing Authority website: www.milton-keynes.gov.uk. The following licensable activities are proposed during the following times: Friday and Saturday yearly for the weekend which falls immediately before or after St Patrick's day, which ever weekend is soonest. Regulated entertainment, supply of alcohol, late night refreshment for various hours between 12:00 – 23:30.
Any person or responsible authority may make representations to the licensing authority no later than 28/12/23. Any representations must be in writing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited. Dated 1 December 2023.
