Notice is hereby given that Dennis Davis has applied in respect of The Bakehouse Express, 68-72 Culver St East, Colchester Essex CO1 1LF for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Licensable activities: alcohol sales on & off the premises, playing of live & recorded music, late night refreshments. Mon-Wed 11:00 till 01:00, Thurs-Sat 11:00 till 02:00, Sun 11:00 till Midnight

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 17/12/2023, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online
