NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCE
We......Festival Republic Ltd Of......The Farmiloe Building, 30 St John Street, London, EC1M 4AY
Are applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for a 3-day music event in Stockwood Park, Luton, LU1 4LX.
If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place: sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises / provision of regulated
entertainment consisting of: Films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of similar description to that falling within the above and the provision of entertainment facilities including making music, dancing, entertainment of a similar description to that falling within the above between the hours of 12:00 to 23:30 on Friday 24th May 2024 and 09:30 to 22:30 on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May 2024
Sale or supply of alcohol (on sales) between the hours of 12:00 to 23:00 on Friday 24th May 2024 and 09:30 to 22:30 on Saturday 25th and
Sunday 26th May 2024
Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council,
Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the Application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary
conviction of an unlimited fine.
