Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Newcastle SF Limited have applied for a new Premises Licence at Newcastle Street Food, 1-5 Princess Square and part Princess Square (external area), Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8ER. 

The licensable activities will be films, live music, recorded music, anything similar to live and recorded and supply of alcohol Sunday to Thursday between 11:00 and 23:00, Friday and Saturday between 11:00 and 02:00, Late Night Refreshment Friday and Saturday 23:00-02:00. Conditions will apply. 

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Or licensing@newcastle.gov.uk by 29 December 2023. 

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal. newcastle.gov.uk 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
