What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

BCDNQ Ltd has applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for ‘Door 89’, 89 Oldham Street, Manchester M4 1LW: To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, and the playing of recorded music between the hours of 11:00 and 02:00 daily; to permit the sale of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 02:30 daily. 

The premises opening hours to be from 11:00 – 02:30 daily. Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk 

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 28 December 2023. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
