What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mr Subir Singh Bhatia has applied to Hammersmith & Fulham Council for the Variation of a premises licence at JMB Food & Wine, 143 Askew Road, London, W12 9AU.

Proposed variation: Extend Sale of Retail of Alcohol hours to the following: Monday – Sunday 08:00 – 23:00. A register of licensing applications can be inspected at www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing. 

Any person wishing to submit representations to our application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the web address above or licensing@lbhf.gov.uk, giving the grounds of objection by 21/12/2023. 

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
