Market Street - New Adult Gaming Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that POTSOFGOLDAMUSEMENTS LIMITED of the following address: 13 Watford Road, Birmingham, B30 1JB are applying for an Adult Gaming Centre Premises Licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005. 

This application seeks to replicate the licensed hours and gaming machine entitlement currently permitted by the existing Bingo Premises Licence, which will be surrendered upon successful grant of this application. The only change to the proposed operation in the removal of the bingo activity (see full application for details). The application relates to the following premises: Mega Slots Casino, 20 Market Street, Lichfield,WS13 6LH.

The application has been made to Licensing, Lichfield District Council, District Council House, Frog Lane, Lichfield, Staffs, WS13 6YU. E: licensing@lichfielddc.gov.uk. Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: 

A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities; A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities; A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any representations must be made by the following date: 24th December 2023. It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
