What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that EV Downton Limited, has applied to North West Leicestershire District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of EV Cargo, Unit 15, Coalfield Way, Ashby, LE65 1JR.

The nature of the application is for the supply of alcohol through online sale, purchases to be made 24 hours a day 7 days a week in line with the proposed licencing hours which have been applied for.

The general public are not permitted to visit the property to make purchases.

Any person who wishes to make any representations regarding this application should submit their comments in writing to the above address no later than 27th December 2023.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
