NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An Application for a Premises Licence has been made by: Behzad Zarandi to Birmingham City Council in respect of premises known as Mo Wine Shop which are situated at 39 Horse Fair, Birmingham, B1 1DA. The proposed application is as follows Sale of alcohol by retail off the premises Mon- Sun 0700- 2400 hrs.

Further information concerning the application can be viewed by accessing the Licensing Act 2003 Electronic public register at: www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing. 

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ. 

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 20/12/2023 

It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
