NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Jason Armitage of Spirits and Sports Ltd applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 20th of November 2023 for a licence to use the premises at Spirits And Sports 11-13 Little Horton Lane, Bradford, BD5 0AB For the sale by retail of alcohol and the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 11am and 6am, 7 Days a week, 365 days a year. Representations should be made in writing to: Licensing Team, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford BD7 1PU within 28 days of this notice. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
