We, Pizza Jockeys Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence Certificate in respect of Pizza Jockeys, Wesley Yard, Newquay, TR71LB. The application is to authorise the following licensable activities:
The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off premises: Monday to Saturday : 12:00pm - 23:00pm Sunday : 12:00pm - 22:00pm
The provision of live music indoors: Monday to Friday : 19:00pm - 23:00pm Saturday & Sun- day : 12:00pm - 23:00pm
The provision of recorded music: Monday to Sunday : 12:00pm - 23:00pm
Premises opening hours: Monday to Saturday - 11:00am -23:30pm
Sunday - 11:00am - 22:30pm
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make repre- sentations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 25th December 2023.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
