Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17 Of The Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that William Clay has applied for a premises licence to Cornwall Council in relation to Noah’s, Unit 2 the Ceres Lansdown Road, Bude, Cornwall, EX23 8BH to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption Ona dn Off the premises Monday to Sunday 09:00hrs – 22:00hrs.

The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at www.cornwall.gov.uk. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin PL31 2FR or by email:

licensing@cornwall.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 00/00/2023 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
