VARIATIONS OF PREMISES LICENCE
I, Mayankkumar Soni hereby give notice that I have
applied for a premises licence in respect of 197-
199, Kent Street, Preston PR1 1PH and 42-46
Holme Slack Lane, Preston, PR1 6EY.
The variations are to allow sale by retail of alcohol
7am till 11pm, modify conditions and permit
alterations to the layout.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town
Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL during
normal office hours or at www.preston. gov.uk. Click
on Licensing then public register. Any interested
party or responsible authority may make
representations to the Council about the application.
Such representations must be in writing and must
be made no later than 14 days from the date of this
notice.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connectionwith an application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable on
summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5000.
