Scoop Retail Ltd is applying for the Variation of the Premises Licence for Scoop Retail Ltd 77 St Johns St Bridgewater TA6 5HX. The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place. sale of alcohol off the premises On the following days Monday - Sunday 00:00 - 23:59
Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must do so in writing to by Midnight 12th December 2023 and send it to, Somerset Council, Licensing, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available on our website.

Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater. TA6 3AR. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Not including bank holidays.
Please note that it is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
