Licensing Act 2003:Application for New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that FKP Scorpio UK Limited has applied in respect of Queens Square, Bristol for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:This is an application for a time limited premises licence for a series of live music events within the boundaries of Queens Square Bristol for up to 15,000 ticket holders, valid until 31st December 2028.To permit plays, films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance, entertainment similar to live/recorded music and dance as follows; Friday from 17:00h until 23:00h; Saturday from 14:00h until 23:00h; Sunday from 14:00h until 22:45h.To permit the sale of alcohol (for consumption on the premises only) to be as follows; Friday from 17:00h until 22:45h; Saturday from 14:00h until 22:45h; Sunday from 14:00h until 22:30h.The site will close to the public on Friday and Saturday at 00:00h and on Sunday at 23:45h. Any staff/security working on site in connection with any proposed event, to be permitted access 24 hours a day.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 21st December 2023, to Licensing Team(100TS) PO BOX 3399 Bristol BS1 9NE or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk

The record of the application may also be inspected at Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
