RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION ON &
OFF THE PREMISES 08.00 to 02.00 Daily
Late night Refreshment 23.00 to 02.30 daily Recorded
Music, Dancing & Live Music 23.00 to 02.00 daily
Opening Hours to 08.00 to 02.30 daily
Capacity restricted to 200, Doorstaff for late opening

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do
so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days
from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 18th
December 2023
It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act
2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with
this application.
Those who make a false statement may be liable on
summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
