Farnborough Road - Application for a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
CHALK IN THE PARK LICENSING ACT 2003
An application to vary a premises licence has been made
by Chalk in the Park Ltd relating to The Southwood Café,
Southwood Country Park, Ively Road, Farnborough
The application seeks the following;
Amendment to the plan to increase area for sale and
consumption of alcohol indoors. Add the provision of
regulated entertainment by way of live and recorded music
and late-night refreshment and add seasonal hours
for New Year's Eve;
Live and Recorded music - on any day; 08:00am to
00:00am (New Year's Eve to 02:00am)
Late night refreshment - on any day; 23:00pm to 00:00am
(New Year's Eve to 02:00am)
Amend the area for consumption / sale of alcohol and
regulated entertainment including the outdoor area.
A record of the application on the licensing register may
be inspected at the offices of the licensing authority c/o
Rushmoor Borough Council, Council Offices, Farnborough
Road, Farnborough GU14 7JU;
telephone: 01252 398855, website: www.rushmoor.gov.uk.
Responsible authorities and other interested parties may
make representations about the application to the licensing
authority no later than 21st December 2023.
All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence
to
knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application;
the fine for which is unlimited.
