APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Flight Club Darts Limited has applied in respect of Flight Club.Westgate Centre Roof Terrace, RU12, Oxford, OX1 1PG for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following.

This is an application to permit the sale of alcohol (on sales) Sunday to Thursday from 1l:00h until 00:00h and Friday and Saturday from 11:00h until 00:00h the following morning.

To also permit indoor sporting events and recorded music Sunday to Thursday from 09:00h until 00:00h and Friday and Saturday from 09:00h until 01:00h the following morning.

Late night refreshment to be permitted Sunday to Thursday from 23:00h until 00:00h and Friday and Saturday from 23:00h until 01:00h the following morning.

For all of the above, until 03:00h the following morning on New Yean Eve and an additional hour Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday. The opening hours of the premises will be Sunday to Thursday from 09:00h until 00:30h the following morning and Friday and Saturday from 09:00h until 01:30h the following morning.

Also, until 03:30h the morning following New Year's Eve and an additional hour Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday.

representation about the application should do so in writing, stating the licensing objectives upon which the representation is based. Any representation must be received by the end of 18th December 2023 at The Licensing Authority, Oxford City Council, Town Hall, St Aldates, OXFORD, OX1 1BX or emailed to licensing@oxford.gov.uk.

It is on offence to knowingly or recklessly moke a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to a unlimited fine.
