What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr G Sivanesan has applied to vary the premises licence at 7-9 Wavertree Road, Liverpool L7 1PE to extend the terminal hour for alcohol sales to 0200 hours daily and late night refreshment until 0500 hours daily. A new floor plan is also submitted.

The application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Liverpool Council, Cunard Buildings, Water St, L13 1AH

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or online at www.liverpool.gov.uk/LAR.

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority by 12/12/2023.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
