LICENSING ACT 2003, VARIATION OF CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Alan Sharratt has applied to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council to vary the Club Premises Certificate in respect of The Armistice Club t/a Bedworth Conservative Club Limited, 10 Coventry Road, Bedworth, CV12 8NN

The proposed variation is as follows:-

Changing times for -indoor sporting events from Monday-Saturday 19:00- 23:00, Sunday 12:00-23:00 to Monday-Saturday 10:00- 23:30 & Sunday 11:00-23:30; Live music from Saturday 20:30-23:00 to Monday-Saturday 10:00-23:30 & Sunday 11:00-23:30; Performance of dance Monday-Saturday 10:00-23:30 & Sunday 11:00-23:30 (all on the premises).

The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton, CV11 5AA

A responsible authority or any other person may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Section at the same address by 18th December 2023

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000
