We, DH Market Ltd, Daily Local Mini Market of 43 Scotland Road, Nelson BB9 7UT have submitted the above application to Pendle Borough Council for the following: Sale of Alcohol (consumption OFF the premises) and hours of opening Mon–Sun 08:00 – 23:00. A copy of the full application can be inspected at Planning, Building Control and Regulatory Services, Pendle Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, Lancs BB9 7LG, between 9.30 am &12.30 pm Mon-Fri by prior appointment only: email: licensing@ pendle.gov.uk Any Persons may make representation in writing to the above address no later than 14.12.23. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
