An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a new Premises Licence by FERHAT URLU

In respect of: LAY-BY ON CRICKLADE ROAD, SN2 7AS

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:

Late Night Refreshment on:

• Sunday to Thursday from 23:00 until 01:00 the following day; and

• Friday and Saturday from 23:00 until 02:00 the following day; and

• Bank Holidays from 23:00 until 02:00 the following day.

The full application may be inspected at the Swindon Borough Council Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09:00 hours and 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday.

Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/business living or working within the vicinity) can make representations at any time between 20/11/23 and 18/12/23.

All representations must be made in writing (including email or fax), to the Licensing Authority, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
