Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority, Sefton MBC, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle L20 3NJ stating the terms on the grounds of the said representation no later than 12/12/2023. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, a person is liable to unlimited fine on conviction should a false statement be made.
