What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Natalie Bagley has applied to Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council for a variation of the premises licence for Bees Coffee Pot, Paddock Farm, Harrop Edge Road, Mottram SK14 6SJ as follows; To permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 10:00 and midnight daily (currently 10:00 until 17:00 daily) plus an additional 30 minutes opening for dispersal purposes; To include late night refreshment until 00:30 daily; To including non-standard timings. There are to be no other changes. Full details of the application may be inspected by contacting The Licensing Section, Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, Tame Street Depot, Tame Street, Stalybridge SK15 1ST between the hours of Monday to Friday - 10:00am – 12:00pm & 14:00pm – 16:00pm or viewed on the Council’s website: www.tameside.gov. uk or via email at licensing@tameside.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 21 December 2023. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. 
To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
