has applied to Canterbury City Council for the GRANT Premises License FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOL BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 12:00 TO 00:00 FROM SUNDAY TO WEDNESDAY AND THE HOURS OF 12:00 TO 02:00 FROM THURSDAY TO SATURDAY THE PLAYING OF RECORDED MUSIC BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 TO 00:00 FROM SUNDAY TO WEDNESDAY AND THE HOURS OF 10:00 TO 02:00 FROM THURSDAY TO SATURDAY for the premises: RIVERSIDE SOCIAL situated at Unit C8, Canterbury Riverside, Kingsmead CT1 1BN.
A register of licensing applications can be inspected at https://www.canterbury.gov.uk/info/20059/business_registration_licences/236/view_the_licensing_register/1 or at Council Offices, Military Road, Canterbury, Kent CT1 1YW tel. 01227 862000 by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 15/12/2023.

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. In the case of an application for a provisional statement, please note that representations will be restricted once a statement has been issued.
