To whom it may concern: We Sidmouth Jazz & Blues Festival Ltd, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: Blackmore Gardens, Sidmouth, Devon Time limited event From 23rd May to 27th May 2024
The application is to:
Provide regulated entertainment in the form of live music and recorded music
23rd & 24th May 18:00 22:30 25th - 27th May 10:00 22:30
Provision of anything of a similar description to live music, recorded music or performances of dance
23rd & 24th May 18:00 22:30 25th - 27th May 10:00 22:30
Supply alcohol
23rd & 24th May 18:00 22:30 25th - 27th May 12:00 22:30
Opening Hours
23rd & 24th May 18:00 23:00 25th - 27th May 10:00 23:00
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 15/12/2023. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.
