NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 14th November 2023 Euro Garages Limited applied to Wiltshire Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS New Sarum, New Sarum Service Station, Southampton Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 2LL.

The proposed licensable activities are;

1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.

2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.
