What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Fahmida Shamim has applied to Westmorland and Furness Council/Barrow for a Premises licence for Taj Mahal 56 Cavendish Street Barrow-in-Furness LA14 1PZ to allow the sale /supply of alcohol and or to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include Music, Playing of recorded sound and late-night refreshment between the following hours 10am - 3am, Monday to Sunday. Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing by the 10th December 2023, to the licensing Manager, Public Health & Public Protection Services, Westmorland and Furness Council, Town Hall, Duke Street Barrow-in-Furness Cumbria LA14 2LD or by email commercial@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
