Notice of application for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of The Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Nerdz Arcade Bar Ltd has applied for a premises licence to Bradford Metropolitan District Council in relation to Nerdz Arcade Bar, 3 Scott Street, Keighley West Yorkshire, BD21 2JJ to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Sunday 12:00hrs-00:00hrs. Late night Refreshment and Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 23:00hrs-00:00hrs. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing Team, Department of Place, Shearbridge Depot, Shearbridge Road, Bradford, BD7 1PU phone 01274 432240 email licensing@bradford.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 12/12/2023 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
