Premises Licence
Name of Applicant: Birdholme Working Men’s Club Committee. Name and Address of Premises: Birdholme Working Men’s Club, Rothervale Road, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 2TP has applied to Chesterfield Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on on or from the premises are: On no more than 12 occasions per month, 0900 to 0000 (0100 for eves and public holidays) Indoor regulated entertainment, late night refreshment, on and off sale of alcohol.
A copy of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Counter, Customer Service Centre, 85 New Square, Chesterfield S40 1AH. Any interested party or responsible authority who wishes to make representations to Chesterfield Borough Council must do so no later than 14th December 2023 and such representations must be made in writing and addressed to The Licensing Section, Customer Service Centre, 85 New Square, Chesterfield S40 1AH. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
