Notice of Application for
Variation of a Premises Licence
EC4 Hotel Limited HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that an
application was made to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough
Council (the Council) on 15 November 2023 for Variation
of the Premises Licence for Cedar Court Hotel, Lindley
Road, Ainley Top, Elland, Calderdale HD3 3RH to add the
licensable activities of boxing and wrestling between the
hours of 15:00 and 23:00 Monday to Sunday, and film
between the hours of 10:00 and 23:00 Monday to Sunday
and to delete anachronistic conditions. Full details of the
proposals are stated in the application. The application
record may be inspected at the Council offices at Licensing
Unit, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ during normal
office hours or on www.calderdale.gov.uk. A person or
responsible authority may make written representations to
the Council by (and including) 13 December 2023.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and a person
may be liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
