NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is given that The Little Haven Limited have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of:
19 Broad Street, Rotherham S62 6DX
The application seeks consent to allow:
Live & Recorded Music (indoors)
Late Night Refreshment (indoors); and
Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises)
on Monday to Thursday between 16:00 hours and 23:00 hours, on Friday between 16:00
hours and 23:30 hours, on Saturday between 12:00 hours and 23:30, and on Sunday
between 12:00 hours and 22:00.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to
licensing@rotherham.gov.uk
The last date for the receipt of representations is 14th December 2023.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
