Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for Variation of a Premises Licence

Alexander Langsam is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for Norbreck Castle Hotel, Queens Promenade, Blackpool, FY2 9AA. If granted the application will allow the extension until 0400hrs of the following licensable activities within a private function: A performance of live music, any playing of recorded music, a performance of dance, sale by retail of alcohol.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing, including their address & telephone number by 00/00/2023 to Licensing Service, Blackpool Council, Municipal Buildings, PO Box 4, Blackpool, FY1 1NA. Tel. 01253 478572. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, a person doing so may be liable to a fine on conviction of up to £5,000.
