TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We, Worthing (T) Hairdressing Limited of Berkeley
House, Amery Street, ALTON GU34 1HN do hereby
give notice that on 14th November 2023 we served
application on Adur & Worthing Councils and the
relevant authorities for a new premises licence on
the premises known as: Toni & Guy situated at 54
South Street, Worthing, BN11 3AA
The application is to allow the following Licensable
activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption ON the
premises. The application seeks to allow Licensable
activities to be conducted between the hours of:
9:00am to 7.00pm Monday to Sunday.
Any person who desires to make objection to the
said grant should set out, in writing, a brief
statement of the grounds of his/her objection and
send to: The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing
Councils, Portland House, 44 Richmond Road,
Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1HS. Representations
must reach the Licensing Unit no later than:
12/12/23. The application may be viewed, in full, at
the above offices between the hours of 9.00am and
4.00pm Monday to Friday. Information as to the
date of hearing to determine the application may be
obtained from www.adur-worthing.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and the maximum fine for which a person is liable
on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
